Established in 1987, the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE) in Hyderabad has been a cornerstone in advancing agricultural management education in India. In 1996, MANAGE introduced its flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri Business Management) [PGDM(ABM)] program, becoming one of the first institutions in the country to offer a specialized course in agribusiness management.
